Salesperson – New Business Development

Audiosure Johannesburg is seeking 2 x candidates to assume the position of New Business Development Salesperson. Their focus will be on seeking new business and opportunities in order to expand the company’s current footprint. They will need to strategize on ways to grow our product range in new markets. They will also be expected to provide customers with excellent service, ensuring that growth in sales is always achieved. Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly targets will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seeking new business opportunities through Cold Calling and utilising the Companies existing Data Bases
  • Strategizing on ways to enhance our sales of our existing product Portfolio within these new markets
  • Focusing on growing our supply chain market in South Africa
  • Ensuring that these opportunities turn into sales
  • Working towards and achieving monthly Targets

Workshop Manager – JHB

Audiosure Johannesburg is seeking to employ a Workshop Manager who will be responsible for running our workshop efficiently. This candidate should be energetic and willing to go the extra mile, with regards customer service to customer service, staff management and quality of repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire workshop operations including but not limited to:
    1. Staff Management
    2. Workflow
    3. Customer Service
    4. Administrative processes
    5. Spares procurement and management
  • Ensure that processes are implemented, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service to our customers, improving lead times and ensuring an excellent quality of work at all times
  • Set objectives for all staff and ensure that these objectives are achieved.
  • Assist to upskill and mentor our technicians where needed
  • Ensure a healthy work environment
  • Being responsible for the costs of the workshop and making sure that the workshop operates within the budget, as set out by management

Key skills

  • Qualification – Level N3/T1
  • Ability to repair down to component level will be an advantage
  • General Knowledge of the products relevant to our business
  • Computer Literate (MS office)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Strong ability to plan and organize
  • Ability to manage a team of technicians and administrators

Installer

Audiosure JHB is looking for a suitable person to join our dynamic install team in the role of Installer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a 2-man installation team.
  • Installation of audio, video, and lighting equipment.
  • Attending to maintenance call outs and troubleshooting in order to resolve audio, video, and lighting issues.
  • Representing the company in an acceptable manner, at all times ensuring politeness and good communication to the client.
  • Ensuring that all installs are done to company standard and that when leaving site, all installations are working and in good order.
  • Responsible for driving the company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean, maintained and in good working order.
  • All other tasks reasonably necessary to fulfil the above function, of Installer, and compliance with all other reasonable instructions given by the employer.

Key Skills

  • 3 years’ experience as an installer.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work neatly and efficiently.
  • Energetic.
  • Must be able to read and write accurately.
  • Must have at least a Code 8 driver’s license.

Assistant Financial Manager

Audiosure JHB is looking for a suitable person to join our Finance team in the role of Assistant Financial Manager

Job Description

To ensure an efficient administration service to support the smooth functioning of business operations. To manage the financial department according to sound financial systems, practices and processes that are compliant with relevant legislation, meet principles of international best practices and that will allow the organisation to achieve its strategic financial objective.

Key Skills

  • Knowledge : Good knowledge of general administrative processes, and a solid understanding of organizational processes and practices
  • Qualifications : Bookkeeping Qualification plus knowledge in relevant software package, Good Standard of Education including English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Experience : At least 2-3 years’ experience in a related role
  • Good knowledge of general administrative processes
  • Good understanding of business calendar and priority events
  • Understanding of budget systems and controls
