Salesperson – New Business Development

Audiosure Johannesburg is seeking 2 x candidates to assume the position of New Business Development Salesperson. Their focus will be on seeking new business and opportunities in order to expand the company’s current footprint. They will need to strategize on ways to grow our product range in new markets. They will also be expected to provide customers with excellent service, ensuring that growth in sales is always achieved. Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly targets will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seeking new business opportunities through Cold Calling and utilising the Companies existing Data Bases
  • Strategizing on ways to enhance our sales of our existing product Portfolio within these new markets
  • Focusing on growing our supply chain market in South Africa
  • Ensuring that these opportunities turn into sales
  • Working towards and achieving monthly Targets

Key Account Manager – Cape Town

Audiosure Cape Town is looking for 2 x suitable candidates to join our dynamic team in the role of Key Account Manager.

Their focus will be on looking after a customer base, as well as seeking new business and opportunities to supplement their sales. They will need to strategize with their customers on ways to grow our product range in their markets.

Achieving monthly and quarterly targets is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking after and managing a customer base
  • Developing and maintaining good relations with these customers, ensuring growth of our product range
  • Seeking new customers and opportunities in line with the growth expectation of the company
  • Strategizing on ways to further grow our footprint with these customers
  • Working towards and achieving monthly Targets

Key skills

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Strong admin skills which include being highly efficient, very organised, being able to plan well as well as delegate when needed

New Business Salesperson JHB – Audio Visual Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Salesperson to join our team in the Audio Visual and Pro industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about audio-visual technology, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record in generating new business. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, establishing strong relationships, and promoting our range of audio-visual solutions.

Achieving monthly and quarterly targets is a requirement.

Responsibilities:

1 – Prospecting and Lead Generation

    • Identify and research potential clients in the target market, including but not limited to houses of worship, education, corporate and the hospitality industry.
    • Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

2 – Client Engagement

    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ audio-visual requirements.
    • Present the solution to potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

3 – Sales Presentations and Proposals

    • Work with our technical team to create compelling sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
    • Prepare detailed proposals outlining the benefits and features of our audio-visual solutions.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are proposed.

4 – Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with potential clients.
    • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Close deals and ensure smooth transition to the project implementation phase.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in new business sales within the audio-visual industry.
  • Strong knowledge of audio-visual technologies, systems, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Own Car Essential
