JHB Commercial Week 2023

Audiosure JHB went into top gear over the past week catering for groups of installers and AV Integrators who came to our Kyalami showroom to see the latest products on offer from our leading brands. Our team of Product Specialists took our customers through these products detailing their features and highlighting the increased interconnectivity between products. One product that generated a lot of interest was the AHM Audio Matrix Processors from Allen & Heath. The smallest AHM in the range, the AHM 16, delivers a 16×16 matrix with 8×8 local analogue I/O’s, 16 configurable processing outputs, automatic mix mixing, an I/O port for audio networking up to 128×128 and the option of adding a 96kHz Dante card. The AHM elegantly fills the space between small scale installs and large-scale audio networks, offering venues the chance to run their entire audio operation off an iPad while taking up only 2U of Rack Space. The AHM 32 and 64 are also available in the range. Also on show was our range of Optimal Audio products which offer more traditional smart amplifier controllers, wall controls and a selection of ceiling and loudspeaker options perfect for restaurant and entertainment venues where the zoning of spaces and ease of use is first priority.

To cater for Large Scale Venues, Houses of Worship, and Schools, the team presented the prestigious Martin Audio range of loudspeakers. The range covered the compact Adorn’s, to the club-ready BlacklineX range, up to the top of the range CDD range with their custom designed woofers that deliver an unprecedented coverage of 100 degrees horizontal with 60 degrees vertical. The CDD’s really did steal the show with their Coaxial Differential Dispersion system and their super wide coverage, ultimately meaning that fewer boxes can be used for installs.

Chauvet Professional brought the intensity with their latest fixture offering and we were excited to show off the new Maverick Storm 2 Profile, Maverick Force 2 Spot, Rogue Outcast 3 Spot, Outcast 1L Beam, Outcast 2X Beam, and Rogue Outcast 1 Beam Washes.

Denon Professional Media Players and Recorders were also on show with the Denon DN-900R and 500CB both showing off their networking capabilities in commercial environments letting IT managers manage these devices with ease on their networks or with Crestron enabled controllers. DSPPA rounded off the commercial offering with their affordable mixer amp combos and ceiling speakers catering for the entry level price point.

Vivitek projectors covering small format, ultra-short throw and large venue lasers were also on display along with the Nova range of products which allow seamless, wireless connectivity in the boardroom environment.
