Sales Manager – Channel

Audiosure are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious person, with a passion for the Pro-Audio industry. Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, achieving targets and KPI’s each month.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the Channel Distribution Sales Team in JHB, through formidable leadership and strategic actions
• Strategizing on ways to ensure that each team member meets targets every month
• Collaborating with our team and their customers to ensure growth in the Channel Distribution sector
• Working closely with our marketing team to ensure all marketing strategies tie up with sales activities
• Ensuring that internal procedures are followed, ensuring efficient workflow in the workplace
• Contributing to the Management Team, with regards strategic discussions within the business
• Implementing training where required

Key skills
• A degree in Sales Management will be an advantage
• Sales Management Experience Essential
• Knowledge of our industry (With a good understanding of the retail market)
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Strong Admin Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong ability to plan & organize
• Computer Literate and the ability to analyze Data is a must

New Business Salesperson JHB – Audio Visual Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Salesperson to join our team in the Audio Visual and Pro industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about audio-visual technology, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record in generating new business. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, establishing strong relationships, and promoting our range of audio-visual solutions.

Achieving monthly and quarterly targets is a requirement.

Responsibilities:

1 – Prospecting and Lead Generation

    • Identify and research potential clients in the target market, including but not limited to houses of worship, education, corporate and the hospitality industry.
    • Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

2 – Client Engagement

    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ audio-visual requirements.
    • Present the solution to potential clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

3 – Sales Presentations and Proposals

    • Work with our technical team to create compelling sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
    • Prepare detailed proposals outlining the benefits and features of our audio-visual solutions.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are proposed.

4 – Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with potential clients.
    • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Close deals and ensure smooth transition to the project implementation phase.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in new business sales within the audio-visual industry.
  • Strong knowledge of audio-visual technologies, systems, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Own Car Essential

Production Company Account Manager

Audiosure JHB is seeking a candidate to assume the position of Production Company Account Manager, with a focus on Lighting and lighting control. This candidate must have knowledge of the Production Company and Rental Market in Johannesburg. Their focus will be calling on this existing customer base, providing them with excellent service and ensuring that growth in sales is achieved in this sector. A key understanding of how this industry operates will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking after an existing customer base of Clients
  • Developing and maintaining good relations with this customer base
  • Developing new business and expanding the current customer base
  • Promoting and selling our product to these customers
  • Strategizing on ways to improve sales at all times with these customers.
