News Cafe Eastgate install Martin Audio Subs

Located in Bedfordview, East Gate Shopping Centre, when it was time to upgrade, News Cafe East Gate cut no corners. News Cafe is one of the most recognisable restaurant chains in South Africa, it opened its first store in Hatfield in 1995 (News Cafe, 2024). It is a full-service cafe-bar and cocktail franchise. It stands apart for its nature of striking store designs and incredible vibes & lifestyle.

To match up their offering, they wanted an upgrade to a system that represents these values, we went for 5 Martin Audio Blackline XP118, these subs provided the sonics to match the vibes, 2 Wharfedale Titan 8A MKII B to be used as monitors for the DJs, 12 Wharfedale CPD2600 Amps to drive to the tops, 1 Wharfedale Versadrive SC48 to configure their system. We then went for 12 DSPPA DSP-8011 to play ambient sound, then installed 2 DSPPA MP1500 to be used to run those ceiling speakers, and 1 Samson S Zone used to Split Zones.
